Durian is the most favorite fruit in West Kalimantan. It's taste is sweet and it's shape is sticky and soft. Durian has a special smell that is very thick. Some people dislike that smell, however, the durian enthusiasts still more numerous. Durian mostly contain carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

GRASS JELLY (CINCAU)
You have to ever drunk “Es Cincau”! Yes, everybody knows this kind of drink, but did you know where the cincau jelly comes from? Cincau jelly is made from a kind of shrubs, it’s Latin name is Mesona Chinensis. The process to make it become jelly is not difficult. Firstly, take some mesona’s stalks and leaves,then wash them with clean water. After that, boil the stalks and leaves with enough salt and a little starch in boiling water for several hours. The last step is cooling the liquid until become a jelly.
CHINESE NOODLES
Do you like noodles? Yeah, everybodies love noodles. There are three kinds of noodles in West Borneo that are commonly sell on eateries , we can distinguish their kinds by see their main ingredients; what they are made from. Wheat noodles, rice noodles, and sago noodles are three kinds of noodles in West Borneo. The most favorite of them is noodles that made from wheat.
